Email deliverability is the secret crisis facing many companies who depend on email to send important messages to their customers. Over 20% of legitimate emails, including shipping confirmations and password resets, never reach the recipient’s inbox. Managing your sender reputation is crucial to make sure your messages get delivered reliably. Join SendGrid’s deliverability experts on at 1:00 PM EDT April 24th as they break down sender reputation and offer tips on how to stay in the good graces of the ISPs.
This webinar will cover:
Carly Brantz is a veteran in the email deliverability space working to make email simple and easy for developers. She manages the Inbound Marketing group at SendGrid that is responsible for creating demand through innovative marketing programs and developing engaging content. Outside of work, Carly is a mom to two little girls, loves yoga, reading and the Denver Broncos.
Paul Kincaid-Smith helps keep SendGrid’s email stream clean by detecting and preventing spam. His compliance team combines tough love with objective metrics and tools to steer customers toward better sending practices. Paul helped host the inaugural ISP Spam Roundtable in 1998 and is co-chair of the Outbound Abuse Technical Subcommittee at the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG). He often rides his unicycle to SendGrid’s Boulder office, and in his spare time, you will find him teaching IT at the University of Denver or raising chickens and bees to support Colorado’s urban agriculture renaissance.
