Email Metrics That Matter

Posted on

We’ve been talking a lot about metrics lately. Over the last few weeks, we explained all the major metrics that companies use to gauge customer engagement (clicks, opens, etc.) and some other metrics that result from ISP requirements and other various reasons (bounces, blocks, etc.).

**Note, we also updated Part 2 of our series of posts on metrics to include “Drops”.

Last week, we had the opportunity to share this information in a presentation at the Metrics Marketing Bootcamp – a three-day workshop that was held on campus at the University of Colorado at Boulder for a group of about 60 marketing professionals, students, and community members. We’d like to thank Niel Robertson and the crew at Trada for putting on a great event, and Joe Scharf, our Director of Operations and Services, for assembling and presenting an awesome tutorial on Email Metrics that Matter.

In an attempt to extend the usefulness of this presentation, we’ve shared the slide deck below for your reference.
