I’m leaving behind the humble hills of Boulder this Wednesday, and heading to the BIG Apple for Internet Week!
While I’ll be enjoying many of the festivities involved in this enormous gathering of technophiles, I’m most excited about SendGrid’s third API Hackday, which we are hosting on Thursday, along with Aviary and SimpleGeo.
We’ve sponsored and organized two API Hackdays over the last several months, having covered SF and Chicago so far. Given the success of the first two events, our inaugural NYC showing is sure to be awesome! If you’d like to learn more about API Hackday and the companies involved, check out our home page. Also, see our event on the official Internet Week website and/or sign up here today!
Why should you be there?
It’s Free! and so is the food and beer!
Meet awesome people who work with awesome companies
A whole day to build whatever you want – with the help of other attendees and developers from host companies.
Present your app at the end of the day, for a chance to win a sweet prize!

Hey Paul –
We are planning API Hackdays all over the country, so we'll definitely look into Vegas as a potential host city. Do you have any connections that could help us out with a good deal on a venue?
We'll also be in Des Moines, IA, and LA later this summer, in case you want to travel to one of those!
Thanks for reading and commenting,
Tim
We could 100% help with this in Arizona. LMK if you wanna hit the heat
