What an exceptional year it was for SendGrid. The infographic below highlights all of the most important milestones. When I started in July of 2010 as employee #36, I could have never imagined that in just a year and a half later, we would be a company of over 100 people, sending more than 7 billion emails in a single month with over 100,000 customers.
I’m extremely proud to be part of an organization that puts resources into growth, innovation and the happiness of our employees. It truly is a unique place to work with a focus on the 4H philosophy. Looking forward to another incredible year in 2013! Did I mention we are hiring?

- SendGrid reaches 100 full time employees
- Improved Newsletter Application launched
- SendGrid Delivered arrives in San Francisco
November:
- Milestone: 70 Billion emails delivered to date
- SendGrid partners with Twilio for Enterprise Messaging Platform
December:
- SendGrid featured on NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams
- Listed as a Whitehat Sender by Spamhaus
- Milestone: 7 billion emails delivered in 1 month
- Milestone: 100,000 customers
