“How the Best Get Better” by Jim Franklin
Because we have over 10 years of thought-leadership, 20,000+ customers and 7+ billion emails reliably delivered, SendGrid is the clear leader in email deliverability. My role on this team is to focus on managing growth and scaling the business. Isaac will focus on making the SendGrid product experience even better. While we are proud of our accomplishments, we look forward to providing an even better customer experience. Here is what you can expect from us:
Features: As thought leaders, we will innovate to bring you the technology you need for best-in-class email deliverability. Deliverability is hard. It is also our core focus and the one thing we do extraordinarily well. We will also deliver the features and applications – based on reliable delivery – that drive business results for your web applications.
Reliability: As our growth has been spectacular, it has been a challenge to keep up with your demand for our services. Whether it is system uptime, email velocity or support response time, we will exceed your expectations. We will systematically ask for your feedback to make sure we stay on track. If we have a known issue, we will communicate with you (www.twitter.com/sendgrid_ops) to make sure there are no surprises.
Ease of use: A key aspect of the value you have come to expect from SendGrid is that it ‘just works.’ Good design is as important as technical innovation. With well-designed systems, we can provision accounts quickly, deliver actionable reports and otherwise provide the experience you have come to expect.
Pricing: We will deliver pricing plans that are clear, flexible, cost-effective and responsive to your needs. Whether you are on a free or paid plan, we are happy to assist you with whatever email question you may have. We will always deliver more value than anyone else at a given price point.
Send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you.
